The British Poker Series Carnival has reached its headline week in London, with the £150,000 guaranteed Main Event now underway at Genting Casino Stratford.

Running from August 10–23, the two-week festival carries more than £300,000 in combined guarantees. The schedule has already included the £100,000 guaranteed BPS200 Summer Edition and several trophy events, while the closing stretch is centred on the £300 Main Event.

BPS Carnival Main Event Runs Through Sunday

The Main Event began on August 18 and gives players several starting flights before the surviving field combines for the final on Sunday, August 23.

The £300 entry is split into a £260 tournament buy-in and £40 fee, with players receiving 25,000 starting chips. Regular Day 1 flights continue through Saturday, followed by Turbo and Hyper flights on Sunday morning and afternoon. Day 2 is scheduled for later that day.

More Than £300,000 Across the Carnival

The Main Event follows the £100,000 guaranteed BPS200 Summer Edition, which ran from August 12–16. The wider Carnival programme also includes the £10,000 guaranteed Big Bounty, a £5,000 PLO 4/5/6 event and the £5,000 guaranteed Ladies Carnival Event on August 20.

Together, the schedule gives the British Poker Series more than £300,000 in advertised guarantees across its August London stop, with the £150,000 Main Event providing the biggest remaining prize pool of the festival.
