GGPoker has partnered with Grosvenor Casinos to offer cash boosts on winnings at over 50 UK poker festivals. Players qualifying via GGPoker receive up to 20 percent extra on cashes at events like the GUKPT and the £2 million Goliath.
GGPoker has officially partnered with Grosvenor Casinos to establish a direct link between online qualifying and live tournament play across the United Kingdom. This collaboration spans the entire Grosvenor calendar, covering more than 50 annual festivals and 35 poker rooms.
The agreement introduces a unique financial incentive for players who secure their seats via the GGPoker platform, offering cash boosts on net winnings for those who qualify through satellites or buy in directly using their GGPoker accounts.
Enhanced Returns Through Cash Boosts
The partnership focuses on providing tangible value to the player base. Participants who enter designated Grosvenor events through GGPoker are eligible for two tiers of cash boosts on their net winnings:
- 20 Percent Boost: Applied to net winnings at the Goliath, G200, and G300 events.
- 10 Percent Boost: Applied to net winnings at all Grosvenor UK Poker Tour (GUKPT) Main Events.
For example, a player who cashes for £2,000 at a G200 event after entering via GGPoker would receive an additional £400 payout once the event concludes. This incentive structure applies to a wide range of festivals, including The UK Open and The Behemoth.
Upcoming Event Schedule and Goliath 2026
The live schedule is already underway, with several key dates highlighted for the summer season. GUKPT Luton takes place from May 14 to May 24, offering the 10 percent cash boost. Following this, G200 events will run in Bolton, Reading, and Walsall from May 26 to May 31, featuring the 20 percent boost.
The centerpiece of the partnership is the Goliath, scheduled for July 23 to August 2 at the Grosvenor Casino in Coventry.
Recognized as one of the largest live tournaments outside of Las Vegas, the 2026 edition features a £200 buy-in and nine Day 1 flights. Organizers estimate a prize pool of £2 million, aiming to surpass the 12,961 entries recorded in 2025.
Exclusive Incentives for GGPoker Qualifiers
Beyond the 20 percent winnings boost, GGPoker players at the Goliath can compete in an exclusive £5,000 "Last Longer" competition. This prize pool is reserved for the final player remaining in the tournament who entered via GGPoker.
Additionally, these players will have access to on-site promotional rewards and GGPoker merchandise throughout the festival.
Satellites for the Goliath and other Grosvenor festivals are currently available in the GGPoker client, with entry fees starting at £1. Specific satellite schedules for the GUKPT and additional events are expected to be released in the coming weeks.
