The 2026 World Series of Poker Event #48: $10,000 Razz Championship drew 155 entries. Only eight players remain for Day 3, with Calvin Anderson leading. United Kingdom poker player Benny Glaser finished in 11th place, earning a $24,544 cash payout.

The 2026 World Series of Poker continued to generate massive excitement inside the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas as Event #48: $10,000 Razz Championship saw a significant field expansion. A late surge of 37 registrants joined the action on Day 2, driving the total number of entries up to 155.

This attendance figure solidly surpassed the 134 entries recorded in last year's edition of the tournament. After ten additional hour-long levels of intense mixed-game action, the field was systematically trimmed down until just eight players successfully bagged up chips to advance to Day 3.

Among those who put together a deep run but ultimately fell short of the final day was the United Kingdom's Benny Glaser.

Glaser appeared poised to secure his second final table appearance of the current series, but a costly bad beat brought his tournament run to an abrupt end.

Glaser got all his chips into the middle as a clear favorite to win the hand. However, Eric Rodawig managed to catch up on seventh street, completing a come-from-behind draw to eliminate the British poker professional. For his 11th place finish, Glaser collected a payout of $24,544.

Leading the remaining eight players into the final day of play is five-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner Calvin Anderson. Anderson, who closed out Day 1 with the chip lead, maintained his dominant momentum to end Day 2 at the top of the leaderboard with 1,885,000 chips.

Anderson finds himself in highly familiar territory, having already captured a victory in this exact event back in 2018.

Nipping at his heels in the chip counts is the man responsible for Glaser's elimination, one-time bracelet winner Eric Rodawig. Rodawig will enter the final day second in chips with a formidable stack of 1,865,000.

Rounding out the top three chip counts is Max Kruse, who bagged up ,505,000. The former German soccer professional and avid poker enthusiast is also no stranger to World Series of Poker success, having previously won a gold bracelet in a WSOPE Hold'em event in 2022.

With the field narrowed down from 155 entries to the final eight players, the stage is set for a thrilling conclusion to Event #48. The surviving competitors will return for Day 3 to battle through the remaining line-up and crown the next Razz champion.
