Phil Hellmuth sits sixth in chips with 14 players left in the WSOP $10K Omaha Hi-Lo Championship, while David Prociak leads the final 13 in the Mini Mystery Millions. Alex Foxen also advanced to the $25K Heads-Up semifinals.

The action intensified on Day 6 of the 2026 World Series of Poker (WSOP) at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas. Several marquee events moved closer to crowning champions, featuring poker legends, high-stakes pros, and massive field sizes.

Only 14 players remain in Event #9: $10,000 Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better Championship, and all eyes are on Phil Hellmuth. The "Poker Brat" is navigating a star-studded field in pursuit of a record-extending 18th WSOP gold bracelet.

Hellmuth experienced an up and down day on the leaderboard, holding the chip lead with 18 players left before a late slump dropped him to the middle of the pack. He will return for Day 3 in sixth place.

Scott Clements captured the lead earlier in the day and held firm, bagging nearly 2 million in chips to return as the odds-on favorite. Dylan Weisman sits close behind Clements with an almost identical stack.

Other notable luminaries returning for the split-pot championship include Todd Brunson, Josh Arieh, and James Obst. The eventual winner will take home $450,176 alongside the WSOP gold bracelet.
Event #1: $550 Mini Mystery Millions No-Limit Hold'em has reached its deep business end. From a massive starting field of 20,488 entries, only 13 players remain inside the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas.

The tournament generated a total prize pool of $7,747,082, with $4,097,600 dedicated to the mystery bounty pool. Andrew Shelton managed to pull the top bounty prize.

David Prociak ended the penultimate day as the chipleader, bagging a massive stack of 88,000,000 as he seeks to add another WSOP bracelet to his collection.

Alexander Kaviani sits in second place on the leaderboard, while Jurgen Pirgu rounds out the top three podium positions. Every returning player has locked up a minimum of $21,790, but the remaining field is focused on the final table pay jumps and the $400,000 top prize.

Following two rounds of play on Day 2, the final four players are set for the conclusion of Event #7: $25,000 Heads Up No-Limit Hold'em Championship.

American high-stakes professional Alex Foxen advanced to the final day, looking for his fourth career bracelet. Foxen most recently secured a $3.8 million score by winning the $100,000 Triton Main Event at the 2024 WSOP Paradise.

WSOP commentator Joe Stapleton previously predicted a deep run for Foxen, who was nicknamed "Foxy" by Martin Kabrhel last summer. Foxen will face Russia's Nikita Kuznetsov in the semifinals on Monday.

The other semifinal match features Bulgarian bracelet winner Dimitar Danchev against Japan's Ryuta Nakai, with both Nakai and Kuznetsov hunting for their first career bracelets.

Event #8: $1,500 Badugi drew a total of 554 entries for its fourth edition, attracting top mixed game players to the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas.

Michael Casella, a high-level chess player who transitioned to poker, managed to navigate the tough field to capture his first career WSOP gold bracelet and the first-place prize of $141,963, vastly improving on his previous record of four career WSOP cashes.

In Event #10: $600 Deepstack No-Limit Hold'em, two-time WSOP bracelet winner and $25K Fantasy Draft pick Marco Johnson emerged as an early chip leader after Day 1.

Despite having more than $5.5 million in live tournament earnings and usually playing higher buy-in events, Johnson bagged a top 10 stack of 1,535,000. He trails only a few players, including overall chip leader Adam Cohen, who ended the night with 2,300,000 chips.
