British player Patrick Brooks finished third in the 2026 WSOP Online $1,500 GGMasters Freezeout Championship, earning $187,915.

Patrick Brooks secured a third-place finish in the 2026 WSOP Online $1,500 GGMasters Freezeout Championship at GGPoker, earning $187,915 after making a deep run through a field of 1,514 entrants.
Brooks, a British grinder residing in Mexico, reached the final three before his run ended.

His elimination left Alessio La Francesca heads-up against Finland's Elias Suhonen, with the Italian ultimately going on to win his maiden WSOP bracelet. The $1,500 GGMasters Freezeout Championship began Day 2 with 46 players returning to their seats.

That field was gradually reduced until nine players remained and the final table was formed. Austria's "Jokee90" was the player eliminated on the final table bubble.
Anton Silyavko was then eliminated, followed by Brazilian Gustavo Pinto. Their respective finishes earned $51,231 and $66,438.

Artur Berg was next to leave the tournament in sixth place, collecting the final five-figure score of the event.

Brazilian Vinicius "DaddysRun" Escossi followed in fifth place for $111,735, while Marty "dadneedsit" Mathis finished fourth for $144,092. That left Brooks among the final three players in the WSOP Online event.
